Pastor AJ

Pastor A.J. Hatfield is the Pastor of First Baptist Church of San Mateo. A country boy at heart, he was led by God into the ministry without attending seminary school. He faithfully preaches straight from the King James Version of the Bible every week. His messages are simple, powerful, and full of truth that speak directly to the heart. Together with his wife Missy, he leads by example, showing what it means to walk faithfully with the Lord. Pastor A.J. and his family are deeply committed to serving our community and helping people grow closer to Jesus.
